TIRE CLEARANCE Terra can be mounted with 700c x 45 tires for speed and efficiency on dirt roads, or with 650b x 50 treads for extreme durability and high-volume comfort if you need a bit more traction. DRIVETRAIN COMPATIBILITY Designing our frame from the ground up gave us the opportunity to tackle a problem which exist in many gravel frames. Namely giving a range of drivetrain options without compromising tyre clearance. LOCKR Our Carbon frame offers a storage area inside the downtube, hidden behind the water bottle cage, where there is space for the tube, pump or CO2 cartridge, as well as a selection of tools.

LONG DISTANCE MIXED SURFACE COMMUTING GRAVEL RIDING ADVENTURE ON AND OFF-ROAD RIDING The DSX is the mountain biker’s gravel bike with familiar hand positioning, reliable 1x drivetrains, large tire clearance, and dropper post routing for better off-road control, and on-road descending stability. Hopping up to a higher-spec Series 3 aluminum frame, the Marin DSX 1 has a whole heap of upgrades over the base spec version. Bolt-thru axles add stiffness and a carbon fork drops the weight and adds even more mounting points for bikepacking bags. There’s also an 11-speed 1X Shimano Deore drivetrain, WTB Riddler tires, Tektro hydraulic brakes, and plenty of reliable Marin components.

The Marin DSX is everything we want from a modern, flat-bar gravel bike. Based around the Gestalt X drop-bar, we made the DSX to feel like an MTB but still cut it on all of those adventures that would normally demand curly bars.
