The question we asked ourselves was: "how do we adapt our braking performance and power to the new standard of World-Cup level downhill racing?" No stone was left untouched, and the result at the end of the season was a completely re-designed DH-R: the new DH-R EVO. New ergonomic lever-blade, newly formulated brake pad compounds, new high-performance hydraulic oil, new 5mm brake hose-system, newly designed and CNC-machined adapters, new selection of 2.3mm rotors, newly designed oil flow inside the calipers, new hydraulic leverage ratio, and a new smaller-sized master cylinder piston combine to lift the overall performance of the DH-R EVO to this new standard of racing. This cable hanger is made to fit around the oversize bolt on their Constrictor seatpost clamp so you can be sure it will fit around almost any other seatpost clamp bolt too. It comes complete with an adjusting barrel.

Surly's Stainless Steel Chainrings last longer than their aluminum brethern because the 304 grade metal they use is 35% stronger. The rings aren't pinned or ramped so when one side starts to wear you can flip it around and pedal some more! They work great with singlespeed, fixed, and 1x9 applications, and the teeth are 2.1mm thick so they work well with 9-speed chains.

The Sparrow is a touring/townie bar. - The 495mm version is more agile for squeezing through traffic than other townie/MTB bars. - The 520mm is still narrow, but with a grip area that fits levers and shifters. - The 560mm size is better for climbing and single-speeders.
